Medina County Youth Inter-Systems Community Assessment Team
(ICAT)

The ICAT team is a group of representatives from various agencies in the community.  The team develops and maintains a plan to provide collaborative services to the Medina County's youths with multiple problems.

The ultimate goal of ICAT is to provide services that maintain the youth within his/her own community.  Youth can be referred to ICAT through any of the following ICAT team member agencies:

  • Any Medina County Alcohol, Drug Addiction, and Mental Health (ADAMH) Board Agency,
  • Medina County Job and Family Services Department,
  • Medina County Juvenile Court,
  • Medina County Board of Developmental Disabilities,
  • Any Public School System in Medina County

Eligibility criteria for ICAT services include youth that are currently involved with three or more of the above-named systems.

ICAT cases are monitored to assure that services are being delivered and goals are being met.  Case managers are assigned from the ICAT team .

For more information regarding the ICAT process, please contact Amy Perrine, ICAT Coordinator at 330-722-9300 x235.
